Email Forum - Introduction:
The Email Forum is our 'Chat group' Email Forum
/ newsgroup.
How does the Email Forum
work?
When you join the CCGA, the website administrator, Geoffrey Baird
adds your email address to a 'group list', the 'Email Forum'.
Once
this happens, you may write (post) messages
to the Email Forum address:
members@monashcelebrants.net.au
and
ALL other members of the Email Forum will get a copy
of the email.
(It's a bit like a 'party' line)
You
can save
this one email address,
members@monashcelebrants.net.au
in your email program address
book just as
if it was an individual 'person'.
-You may change the email address for Email Forum delivery
- Digest settings (Individual messages or
a Daily Digest)
- You may temporarily stop Email Forum delivery
while you are on holidays.
You can do all of this by updating your List of Members entry.
